An issue was resolved where SMS opt-outs processed through the TextUs integration were not updating in-app reporting counts within Bullhorn Automation, which caused a mismatch between actual unsubscribe activity and displayed campaign metrics.
Why does it matter?
TextUs SMS opt-outs are now accurately reflected in Automation reporting. Previously, while opt-outs were processed at the delivery level, the corresponding report counts were not updated within the platform. This fix ensures:
